hey on the gen 5 camrys how do you change the bulbs for the license plate? there arent any screws for the plastic plates that cover the bulbs and the manual says " Take to dealer".......any ideas?

yeah i finally figured it out youve gotta take off the covering inside the trunk....then you should see two little housing for the wedge buls...just rotate and pull change then to piaa xtreme white... ill take some night pics of it

thats whats hold me back, i figure its should be legal because they allow you to have them lincese plate frames that glow so the bulbs would be the same idea just in diffrent form. but how would you even check if its legal in the states. i go to the police station every now and then and when i ask them stuff like that they just tell me it pending the car.

yeah if you change em to blue in the state of GA youll get pulled over and warned then ticket (from experience ) sooooo ive changed them to white..... here are a few pics

yea but also i had a question. why would you really want to brighten up your lincese plate? I rather have it to a point where the cops can't even see my plates so they have a harder time running it. doing random spot checks at night.
