Welcome, Bro! For starters, if you're on a budget, I'd say spacers up front with AAL in the rear. But going spacers up front your ride will be stiffer than stock. You'll get a crapload of opionions on what the pros and cons are for each spacer setup. As for the rear AALs are a safe bet and no, you won't need longer shackles or shocks I don't think. Below is a link for the pros and cons for each type of lift. You'll need a diff drop if you go over 3" I think, but I'm not too sure. Study up and decided how much you want to spend.
