Lift Tire Combo

I rean into a set of 33" tires 12.5" width and i have a 2005 access cab SR5 4x4...what lift should i go with to get them on without a lot of rubbing....also, if i went with a 2.5" lift would they clear, or rub a lot. Any help would be great...thanks a lot.
