Anyone know if there is a suspension lift kit out there for purchase that works similarly to the "Paco Motorsports 3" suspension lift kit" for the Miata?

Where I live we have crazy ruts in the winter and I'm sick of scraping through the streets, so I have this goal of doing a suspension lift of about 3" and then getting 2" wheel spacers probably so I can fit some bigger tires and give even more clearance from the big coil suspension it has. I know I have about 14" diameter tires (185/65/14) on it right now and I feel like I could maybe go 18" but I am not sure what the rule for getting larger tires is. I know the fuel economy will take a hit but I still want to be able to do highway driving, so in summary a rally looking car that preforms well in the winter but still works for daily driving through the city and highway speeds.
Any suggestions for:
tire/rim size
wheel spacers
Suspension lift kits
