HI everyone. Last fall I totaled my 98 AV and couldn't find another nice used AV, so I bought a Honda. I really don't like the Honda that much (it's too small) and am still shopping. I found what looks to be a nice 01 Av xls with 52K miles. Anything I should be looking for on this car that is a common problem with the gen2? Sludge, Leaks, Electronics? What do you think would be a reasonable offer to a dealer for this car? They certified it already so I imagine it is in fairly good shape mechanically.

Sludge would be the driving force for everything, including price. You're approaching 60k so price the service into the purchase price. 90k bring a timing belt...
Clean? Owner's records? receipts, etc.?
