Any one know a good place to look for an old distributer? I have a 79 carolla and everywhere I call they say that they will have to special order it and that they are not sure if they will be able to find one. Please let me know if you can point me in the right direction.

Do you have an idea on what it would cost to have it rebuilt and wht kind of place might do the work?

I've never had it done, but depending on what parts are required, it should be around 150. Crack open the Yellow Pages and have a look.
