excited to take delivery on a rav4 prime- is there a membrane or something out there to use in the charging area of the car while plugged in outside to help in inclement weather?

There is one type of cover most people would call a garage. I don’t know what you mean by ”charging area”. Where you charge the car? Where the plug goes into the car? You mean the car can’t be charged if it’s raining?
