Looking for Roof Basket DBL cab

I have been looking at getting a load warrior from yakima since I finnaly found a picture of one installed on the OEM cargo bars and the fact that it does not weigh a ton. Here is the link to the forum its on. As far as I know in order for it to fit properly you must have the extension and of course that gets a bit spendy. Does anyone have this one installed, if so any pics of that one too?
