There's a bunch of these on ebay, and while they're cheap , they have awful reviews and I cannot find any that arnt directly from China. Would like to find some that come from the states, or at the very least have good reviews.

You'll have to keep looking for a seller. The price of the item is about half of the cost to ship a 4 to 8 oz item via First Class Mail with the eBay USPS discount. A US-based eBay seller can't touch those low margin costs that a China seller enjoys.
