Looking to buy this 86 4 Runner... advice please...

I found a guy who is selling his 86 4 Runner in decent condition (look at the pic) for $1300. Basically all I know so far is that it "runs great" and that has "minor front end damage". What other questions should I ask, or things I should look for when I go check it out.
