You may want to consider a new 2010 LE model for about $20K.
The 2.5L 4-cyl engine is all new for 2010. The 2.5L puts out 169 HP vs old 2.4L that put out 158 HP. The 2010 4-cyl also comes with a 6-speed transmission (manual or automatic) versus the 5-speed (manual or automatic) in the 2007-2009 4-cyl models. The 2010 will also get marginally better fuel economy.
