Lowering Corolla 2004S

like i said in my previous postings, i'm a newwb...
Where are you guys/girls lowering your rollas? I'm from TO and i want to find a good place to do it. any suggestions?
also how many inch do you recommend lowering it to?

I'll second that request. I'm curious how far you can drop a rolla without screwing up a strut.
