I was thinking about getting the TC UCAs to fix my alignment back to stock specs, but that's about it for the front. Need some help please. Thanks.

There are some guys on here that have installed just the coilovers you should be fine UCAs would be nice also

You know what isn't necessary? This thread. It's like the third one this week. Let me summarize thus: LT is only for about 10% of the Tacoma owners out there. The other 90% are fine with coilovers. Sheesh.
