Well, I switched from my Chevy Duramax over to the Tundra DC and love the truck.
My wife switched from here BMW 525 to a new Venza.
All I have to say is that the service/parts dept at our local dealer suck @ss.
I don't know if it's all Toyota dealers, but trying to get information from them on anything to do with servicing your own vehicle is like pulling teeth. Never had a problem with Chevy giving info over the phone.
The only response we can get is bring it in.

Sorry to hear about your problems with your local dealership. Was it Huntington Beach Toyota? There have been some complaints about that particular dealer on this forum. Nice choice of vehicles though and welcome to the Nation! :hi:

The local dealership here gives info with no problems, even tells easier ways to do things than the manual.
Welcome to TN! I'm sure you'll find members here in your sections willing to help with info.

Havrick,

:welcome: to ToyotaNation! You're probably referring to the service department at Toyota in Huntington Beach. If you've never been there give Elmore Toyota in Westminster a try. I've been going there for years with no problems.
