Here's what i'm lookin for: the equivalent rating etc. tire size in the BFGoodrich Mud terrain tires that compare to 32x11.5x16 or close as possible? any answers?
I'd stay away from the body lift if at all possible. With or without the body lift you will experience rub on the frame at full turns of the wheel. The way to get around this is aftermarket wheels with different backspacing, or the dreaded wheel spacers (not good).Tacoma728 said:Just do a three inch bodylift and you won't have any problems.
Am I the only one running 32 x 11.50 on my factory truck w/ no problems? I MIGHT could make them rub if I was on a steep enough hill and really tried. The maxis mudders I run are not squared off like some tires and clear fine for me. You keep saying you have to have a life, but I say, unless you work the suspension fully and often, go for the 32's. This is the third set on my truck, first BF a/t, that did rub when turned fully, but only due to sharp sides, maxis mudders dont. I even know a guy in my hometown that runs 33 x 12.50. he drives in town 90% of the time, and yes, they do rub, but he loves them, go figure.TcmaBoy said:31x10.50 is as big as you can go without lift. 3 inch lift you can get a 32, or a 33 depending on the kit, and how much lift you get out of it. 6 inches will get you to a 35.
