I have a 2001 Toyota Tundra 6 cylinder. I was told it sounds like a rod knocking. I just read that if it is a rod that there would be issues with oil pressure. My question is... if that is true and oil pressure is great. What else could cause the knock sound?

You certainly can have rod knock with good oil pressure.

How many miles, what kind of driving, and what's the service history?

The sound could be a bad lifter, spark knock, or piston slap... a video with good sound would be helpful.
