hey guys i have 98 corolla DX
well the midas guys found some problems in my car which are
1-power steering fluid needs to be changed
2-coolant is expired and need tobe changed
3-exhaust manifold is cracked
4-rear suspension needs tobe changed

soo i was thinking if u guys could help me fixing some of the problems
i shall be very thankful to you

oh yeh theres a problem with central locking too
i can lock the doors from the driver side button
but cannot unlock them
n i can unlock the doors with the passenger side button

ohh yeh i need to change my serpentine belt too
n theres another problem too
when m driving on a highway it feels like theres wind comming from outside even when everythng is closed
and my heating dnt work gud

The belt is easy to change. Search for how to on here. I don't remember the link. Replace it if it's badly cracked or frayed.

PS and coolant can be changed easily. Again, search.

You can probably change the exhaust manifold yourself. I've never done it though.

What needs to be replaced on the rear suspension? Sounds very vague. Could be struts, springs, sway bar, etc. All can be done at home.

Sounds like you have a door lock switch gone bad. Should be easy to replace.

Where is the wind noise coming from? Doors, windows, vent? Check weatherstripping.

Heating not working good can be the coolant being bad. Before you replace the coolant flush it out well. Core could be full of junk. Or maybe it could be related to the noise problem and the flap isn't flapping to the heat position. I've never worked on something like that though.

If you're handy with tools you should be able to do a lot yourself and save yourself a good bit of money.

btw what should be the ration
like after all the coolant is drained off
how much coolant should i put into the radiator
