I just notice that the right rear center hub cap is missing. I can see a metal cover (tube shape) sticking out of the hub. Do I need to buy the black plastic center hub cap to keep the hub clean? Or it is just for look? Thanks.

Its just for looks. Probably will keep some dirt and water from getting in there.
