Looks like that part is located from the windshield to the first crossbar mount. My guess from that picture would be the piece between the two crossbar mounts, 75555-0E060.

I had that same piece come off my last Highlander when they ran it thru the carwash at the dealership. Luckily I noticed it before I had driven away and they brought it out and replaced it. It happened a few other times before I finally used weatherstripping glue and problem solved.

Which weatherstripping glue did you use?
There are many choices out there and just want to be sure I use one that works.

I used 3M weatherstripping glue, but Im sure any brand would work fine. I did wipe the track area down with rubbing alcohol before applying the glue to make sure the glue would adhere properly.
