Muffler and Headers

i dont know if it would be noticable gains, but it would definatly be louder

That pretty much IS the exhaust system It would help if you mentioned what car, I'm assuming a Paseo from your name, so 5EFE?

On my 3EE removing the cat and replacing the muffler really didn't make much difference, nothing really noticeable (except much louder lol). Once I added a CAI it has a slight - very slight - difference, mostly in the powerband width, I think it has a little more torque. I would imagine on a 5E w/ header, muffler and CAI it'd be a bit more noticeable. If I had to guess maybe another 10hp and 10-15 torque.

Doesn't really add much power, but it does make the engine response loads better.
