Muffler/Exhaust

I'm thinkin bout getting a new exhaust for my Gen3 but I dont know where to start...I don't know what makes a good muffler and what doesnt. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm more interested in performance than sound cuz i dont wanna get too ricey.

greddy, apexi, hks, etc

for your gen 3, id go with a greddy sp or an apexi world sport
