mystery switch on 08 3 door Yaris

I have a 3 mo. old 08 Yaris and can't figure what the purpose is of a small black rocker switch is. it is to the left and below the steering wheel on the dash front next to the dash dimmer and below the cup holder.

Power mirror left/right switch. Should have L R on it.
