I have a Gen 3 with a 3VZ-FE engine. The muffler has two 44mm (1 3/4 inch) diameter tailpipes and each has a tip on it. The tailpipes have brackets welded to them (to increase the diameter) and on the brackets are two tips.

One tip fell off, and I can't find a replacement.

Probably will have to hit a wrecking yard to get one. I don't know about your area, but here I've found several original mufflers in good condition including the chrome tips. I have two in storage because the replacements are honestly crap (unless you pay big $$$$).
