Need help getting head (NOT THAT KIND!

Hey guys, need some expert advice. I have the chance to buy an almost brand new cylinder head for my Gen3 1993 5sfe, but will a head from a 2000 5sfe fit and more importantly work properly with my 1993 block? Or are the difference's that have been made in the head?

Please let me know, if it is compatible I'm going to getting it ported and polished.
