it's probably because you don't have enough posts...but i can't find any info about it. most forums based off this forum engine have a minimum requirement of something like 10 posts.

For some reason I cannot start a new thread in the Vehicles for sale section ...tried multible times ...basically times out when i try to submit it.....cannot figure out why that particualr forum....

I've seen people post cars or parts for sale and they only have that one post, could be just traffic on the server at the time, bad connection, etc.
