need help with 98 Cagmry body paintin

Hi guys,

Recently, i found that a part of my car's body painting is fading. The others are just shining. I don't know what the reason caused that. Anyone can give me some advice how to fix that?

I always thought dish wash was the main reason cause it in the first place.
