Need new rear rotors, input please

Well yeah like the title says....i found some "OEM style" ones on ebay for real cheap like 30-50$. My front rotors are drilled and would like to do the same for the rears and i found a site that sell Brembos drilled for $135 and not drilled for $80. Now that is a big jump and money dont grow on trees so what do you guys think. I am leaning towards the OEM ones just cause its the rear brakes and they do way less of the stopping and they are pretty cheap.
Is that usually how cheap the OEM rotors are??
And any recommendations of pads also, i used to use NAPA pads but id like some better quality ones w/ less squeaking, maybe KVR??

Yeah, I was quoted $1500 for an Endless big brake kit at MPH Automod(Local performence Shop)
i'm about to do the big front brake thing also but i was thinking why not do the back also?
well i was thinking for the back cound you just get the front rotors and calipers from another camry and transfer them to the back, adn then maybe for the front either use stock ones or get some upgrades.
Transfering from the front to back i wouldnt think wound be that hard.
And thanks ill prob just get the OEM ones.

Uh, well yeah. that's a big brake kit price.

I think i'm either gonna go rotora (custom, I have to drop my car off with them) or go with the Brembo one.

just make your own... like zoni. actually, i just bought them off him, so like me. :D

the only thing id want though are some monster ass endless calipers for my monster ass 13.1" rotors...
Any upclose pics??? I've been considering doing this for a little while now myself. Any pics would be excellent :)
With a FWD car, I think something like 70% of your stopping power is in the front, so stock rears with ceramic pads is probably fine.
yeah drtysouth, sounds like those are expensive for cross drilled brembo rear rotors- i just ordered a set of 4 brembo cross drilled rotors- cadmium plated for my v6, for $190- i also got some pbr metal master pads, all in all everything is like $315
if you are not buying all 4 rotors new, and you dont' care about the looks that much, i would just get the oem- like you said back rotors are not such a big deal

I've got a question for you man, why are you gonna spend more money on your Camry when I've seen you post several times that you're planning on getting rid of it soon? Just wondering

Yeah, I knew big brake kits were expensive but I wasn't expecting it to be that much:eek: I don't make much money so that's a lot of money and I really can't afford something like that right now

yeah i found kits with all four rotors for under 200 but when you just try to buy the fronts or rears seperately they charge alot

Yeah, I mean, I don't mind spending money on it. I regularly show it and I like it when I have the best stuff. It's not going to hurt me or make me sad when (and if) I part it out.

I MAY give my car to my gf to show and that way I can concentrate on another car.

i was thinkin bout doing this.... any idea of how feasable it is, if possible at all?
Just get the cheapest set of rear plain-jane (no cross-drilled/slotted) rotors and slap them on.

I just replaced them with a cheap set, it's the first time that I changed the rear rotors.
just curiously....i know endless didn't make any big brake kit for gen. 4.5 camry. so is there any possible chance to get endless big brake kit and fit on a camry? cuz..i really like endless big brake kits :D

thanks
