cargo floor to headliner? 32" near rear hatch
Top of back seat folded down To headliner 27-1/2"

length of
rear gate lip to second row folded up 42-1/2"

width of

You rock! Was the first dimension to the top of the headliner where the door opening is or to where a third row passenger head would be/hit?

The first dimension was just inside the rear hatch, where the cargo would rest furthest rearward with the hatch closed. If you can't angle or tip the cargo while loading it, take off another 1/2" and use 31-1/2" as your maximum vertical dimension to make sure it will fit through the hatch opening.
