That is the Highway Traffic Act for PEI. For those of us in Ontario here is a link.....

I'm not too sure how much of it is different, but there are minor differences between the two from what I had gone through.
Tho Ontario version is a little more user friendly as well.

Ontario 'tint' laws have said that the Maximum shade of tint allowed on the driver & passenger 'front side' windows should be no more than 35% shade. Good tint shops in Ontario will stress that as well. :thumbup:
