Hello everyone, im 19 & i currently reside in San Francisco/Daly City where the hills are steep
& the pavements suck. At the moment i drive a 2011 Camry LE not modified (YET) but
im hoping to stance my ride soon. Any good pointers anybody?? :help:

any suggestions to what good coilovers to mount?

if possible I'd like to have a ride where my back doesn't break

for every crack or hole I hit. Ride comfort is what I'm aiming for.

It's going to be my DD.

I was thinking about D2 coils or maybe Megan coils

if anything KSport coils. Im pretty much a noob but I'm

learning. Sorry to ask a noobish question but what are spring rates

& what does it do & it's effects?

I'm not sure what the stock spring rates are on the Camry, but you can search that as easily as I can.

Spring rates determine how stiff the car rides. All lowering springs have a higher spring rate so that the car doesn't move up and down as much to compensate for the lowering. Higher spring rates = stiffer. On my car, I got custom coilovers with over DOUBLE the spring rates, and I can feel bumps on the road that don't exist lol!

dvmn! that's a stiff ride how do you put up with that lol!
