i have a 92 2wd pickup, i have had it since december and just recently started driving it. i woke up this morning and some how my running lights were left on!!! but i got up and checked inside the truck and the switch for the lights was off! also the instrument cluster light stays on. the only way i can get them to cut off is by pulling the fuse.. any ideas??? cuz right now i have NO running lights because they wont ever cut back off!! thanks alot

Might be the switch itself is bad or needs cleaning.

the actual light switch? cuz it works to cut the headlights on and off, just the running lights wont cut off...

I would guess that your tail light relay contacts are stuck together. Just replace the relay. Heres a link to a 93 lighting system. Look for the taillight relay thats the one that controls your illumination lights and running lights.
