New RSB Bushings

Can't you use the Energy Suspension Universal Sway Bar Bushings? Looks like they have a 18mm and 17.5mm (11/16") set. If those will work, see if yer local parts store might have those in stock. I found them at AutoZone but I'm not sure if Advance Auto, O'Reilly's, NAPA, or Checker's will have them as well. 
If not...you can always contact Whiteline in Australia...

Yeah, I've been there already. Those bushings are just not the right shape to fit in the brackets. Could you measure the bushings and see how close it comes to the Energy Suspension?

Maybe you could use Energy Suspension's bracket along with the bushing?

Then don't use the Toyota bracket. Use the Energy Suspension bracket.
Had to do that to the front sway bars on my T-100. The factory brackets were too small fer the new bushings...but the new ES brackets fit just fine.
