Having new OEM plugs put in next week in the 2008 HL 3.5V6 AWD.

Has 140K miles on it now, so definitely time to replace.

My question: HL feels fine now, idles smooth - but with that kind of mileage, will I notice a difference with the new plugs? More power? Quieter ride?

Liking the replies!

It's a great SUV and I just want to keep it running well. Difference or not, new plugs will help get me to 200K miles with fewer plug related problems.

I usually do these jobs on my own, but don't have the hours for this job on the V6 unfortunately.

In the wife's HL, I did notice little less pep around 110k, since I only drive it occasionally.
Trying to remember, but might have dropped 1 mpg less.
Changed at 120K, and ran better, and believe the mpg returned.
Did check the ones that I took out, a couple had a little bit larger gap.
