I haven't been able to find information on this and I don't see why it won't work if you buy a new tire and put them on a rim with the sensor already intact. The sensor is still pretty much brand new and I have no reason to replace them and the tire pressure of the new tire would be the same anyway.

Would there be any problems?

no problem. just make sure the installer is careful not to break the sensor when he's putting the tire on the rim (make sure you tell him you've got valve mounted sensors...assuming you're talking OEM Toy.?).
