does anyone now of a good site to get specs for a is300 its for my friend. and also is the tranny on the is300 strong enough for racing or should u replace it w/ a stronger 1. and it has a 2jz right

It has a 1JZ....... same block as the 2JZ only its 2.5 liter not 3.0
ummmm....no, it's a 2jz, otherwise they'd call it the IS250
