installed some 2001 16" oem camry alloy wheels onto my 1998 camry. i'm looking for center cap options. the 2001 oem camry centercaps have a dome look to them and it makes me sad.

i'm looking for flush fitting center caps with the toyota emblem on it in chrome/chrome plastic.

any ideas guys?

Measure the diameter and diameter of the clips on the original cap.
unfortunately i don't have an original cap. the wheels didn't come with them and i didn't buy one since i don't like the dome like appearance of the oem 2001 centercaps.

i do know they are the 2 1/4" size in wheel itself.

If you have a friendly neighborhood Toyota dealer, that'd be your best bet. There might be another style of center cap that interchanges.

Getting the exact size that will fit aftermarket is quite difficult,

these might fit
http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-Pcs-62mm-...Parts_Accessories&hash=item19fbe179bf&vxp=mtr

to customize these Id sand them flat and carefully add an adhesive center cover like this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/4x-Car-Refi...g-/321445087952?fits=Make:Toyota|Model:Avalon

if you can't sand the caps flat without cutting through or it weakens them too much you could add a nice layer of epoxy inside to thicken them up before sanding, it won't affect their fit just keep epoxy thin enough to clear axles in front.
