New to Site

Hope this site will be able to help me find the solution of not having any tail lights or dash lights on a 2000,Echo after driving in heavy rain for about an hour and a half. Have to disconnect battery in order to get park lights to go off. All other lights work properly, and all electrical equipment function properly. Have checked all fuses under the hood, no problems. Don't have an electrical diagram to follow. Refuse to pay for a manule that doesn't contain a diagram(Toyota's Manuel). Haven't found a lead on a good manuel about Echo's. Would greatly appreciate any HELP!.
