Megasquirt 2.2 and Power relay board
Kits were bought from Glensgarage.com about a month ago
Finally got the time to head south to a friends (MS knowledgeable guy) and get some help building it (yes.... you BUILD the ecu).
comes as a board, and a bunch of bags with resistors, capacitors, diodes, etc.... MAP sensor is the black sensor on the back of the ECU (2.1bar map sensor). And many people will claim these are better than using any stock ecu with a "band aid" piggyback computer (ie, safc, emanage) as it's much more programmable and simpler to use.
will be running this:
that is a FWD transmission.... and the axles were cut in 1/2.... didn't want to have to worry about custom axles (or trying to find some) and didn't want to have to worry about taking the transmission to a machine shop and having them drill a hole to use the MR2 shifter linkage, so i sold this transmission to a buddy with an ae92, and bought (supposedly on the way) a supercharged mr2 transmission (e51) and axles.
now i just need the tranny, bolt it all in, wire it up (easier than you'd expect), and drive it around (though, need laptop to tune it)
