abs wire secure for TC UCA's - updated with part #

was poking around on my dirt bike today and noticed this little guy that i thought would work well to hold that wire on my UCA's.
seems to work well. i ordered a couple from my local Kawasaki dealer but forgot to get the part number. i'll post it up when they come in in a few days. they seem to hold well.

updated : the Kawasaki part # is : 92171-1437

Nice... looks alot better than the usual zip ties!!! :D

PS are you running Coilovers? If so, what kind?

they were like $1.60 something each i think..
looks pretty neat. but yeah like u said, the true test is to see how they hold up over time. its either those or those chrome ones that one guy posted on here. those looked pretty clean too.

let us know when u get the part number on those. there's a kawasaki dealership 10 minutes away from my house :D

This is exactly what I was thinking. I'd like to see it made out of metal, plastic gets brittle far to quickly. But it's still a slick idea, and a cheap fix too so you could but a ton of them and just replace them as they need it.

50% of our trucks are plastic....
j/k. time will tell.

and snap on/off pieces :ugh3:
I'm worried about the plastic in my truck as it is... I snapped off a door handle on my corolla when it was 20F or so out. Damn thing just crumbled when I put 2 fingers under it, and the handle hadn't even moved! Not even enough power to move the handle and it snapped... It's a 98, but it makes me wonder how long the truck will last being cheaper plastic from what I can tell.
Well, if that part came of a dirtbike, I'd imagine it was made to last in outside weather. Looks good, get that partnumber, I'll go pick some of those up.

Door handles should be made to handle outside weather too, but my still snapped off! I think it's the damn weather in NY. Gets up to 100F during the summer, down to -25F during the winter. I think that extreme temperature change weakens plastic. I can't remember the number of small plastic parts that have just crumbled on me over the last few years. It's almost scary thinking about how much of these trucks are plastic now. :disappoin
BUMP-updated...

Were you able to get the part #?
