I picked up a 93.

Is the fan speed and heat slider supposed to light up when headlights are on? Mine does not light.

My 89 yoda lights up where your talking about so yours would also. Most likely the bulbs are burned out. Simply replace them. And always check to see if the new bulbs work before putting everything back toghether again.

Just remove the triangle plastic knobs then lightly pry the one of the sides with a tiny flat head screw driver.

The whole process took about 5 minutes. Thanks.

Additionally, I went to the local pick and pull and got some odds and ends that were broken. Also went to Advanced Auto and bought a Suntune Tach. Installed in about 1 hour.

I am starting to enjoy this truck.
