This has been covered several times. Do a search there is 2 good threads one thread i made is a DIY (search tail light tint VHT Nite Shade DIY).

The cutting of the film is the easy part, getting it on without bumps, bubbles and creases is the hard part.

I use Nite Shade, very easy to do, and you can go as light or as dark as you want.

Did you tape the reverse lights and then spray the nite shades on?

i think its normal to have one side of the film sticky b/c you have to apply some kind of solution to the film to make the tint stick to the tail light...then you have to squeegee out the solution....i think i might go with the film tint b/c i already have a heat gun and film costs like $10 on ebay
