Hello every one I have a 04 tundra 4.7 v8 4x4 access cab with 68xxx Miles on her she is a diamond in the rough (previous owner was mean) I have tested all the relays and fuses they are good power like they should have but I get no power to the fuel pump any idea why or if I missed a fuse or relay the ones I have checked are
1 all the fuse under dash and hood
2 fuel pump relay
3 the starter relay
4 the o/cpm relay (think that's the name)
5 and the other one sorry kinda frustrated but all the relays in the fuse box under the hood n basically any and all help is appreciated thank you

The thoughts come to mind then, are either the wire between the relay and pump is broke, or the inside of the plug is corroded, or, the relay is bad (it could have power going in, but no power going back out). If you can find the proper wiring diagram, i would run a jumper from the relay, to the pump, and see if it works then. The other thing i would look for, somewhere near the firewall usually, is a "bulkhead connector", which is basically a connection for all the underhood wires that go into the interior, it may be corroded there. I don't know a lot about the Tundra, but, i have quite a bit of experience with Dakotas, Durangos, and full size Chevy and ford trucks, and it is usually one of the issues i listed.

All wiring is a nightmare. I did find a wiring diagram from autozone for your truck, it shows that you also have a resistor somewhere in the wiring harness. I added a pic so you can see what i mean.
