Hi all I have a 04 3.4 L 4X4 tacoma and I got a p0505 CEL the other day. As I was poking around I noticed that the throttle body makes a whining/buzzing sound with the key on and engine off. I am wondering if this is normal or a sign something is going bad?

I'm no expert on TBI but that doesn't sound right.
You sure it's the TB and not maybe the fuel pump?
