I've noticed recently with outside temps around 0F that my idle in my 2005 Coralla LE is around 2500RPM's. Does anyone else have a similar idle speed when it is this cold out? Just curious.

Mine does the same thing in all weather for a few minutes, at first it scared me but the dealer and other owners said this was normal and it hasn't caused any problems other then the noise, but mine runs around 20-21000 RPM, never got up to 25

On cold start, My 2004 corolla revs to over 2400, cuts down and then revs up to 2800 and then slowly cool down to idle around 700 in 8-10 mins.
Had the vacuum leak checked and IAC valve. No leaks. Changed IAC valve to new. Excessive rev stopped. On cold start, Car revs slowly from around 1400 to 1800 and cools back to idle at 1000 with car at P and no A/C or lights. On D and brakes, it idles at 800.
