Did some browsing on eBay and I came across all these JDM parts coming from the other side of the world. Found this “yakuza” style grille that I actually thought was kind of fire, until I saw it was $100 for the piece and then $55 for shipping from the UAE. At the same time I also found the same grille shipping from Virginia for $104 and $60 economy shipping. Makes no sense to me.

thinking if there’s someway I can take a scan of my grill, and somehow make my own “yakuza” grille without blowing 160.
Then I came across this “sprinter “grille, i’ve seen it before online in a lot of photos. Actually, I think it’s the “crown” grille or something cause of the ‘C’. Nothing crazy though, just something I wanted to share.

It's an eBay feature, sellers can enable sending people who view the page automatic offers.

But JDM mirrors are pointing the wrong way, so you won't be able to see very well. The driver's side mirror is usually flat and passenger side more angled, and this will reverse it.

It's the angle of the housing itself. The mirror cap angle.
Ah I know they overcome that with 6th and 7th gen Celica by swapping the mirror base, probably do-able for Rolla too. It's Toyota, they've probably been using the same mirror folding mechanism for 40 years.

Every day I notice more and more of this horrible paint job that the previous owner did. If money wasn’t the issue, what paint job would you guys get done for your Corolla? Personally, I couldn’t make up my mind. Last week I found out Honda had a cappuccino brown metallic color that is absolutely gorgeous. Also recently started following this girl that has a 99 Camry wrapped in black metallic with gold bumpers and skirts. I think two tone is better on a wagon or something but who’s gonna stop you?

I'd paint mine white, super rare color for the 7th gen, at least where I live, and especially for a hatchback.

You can't swap the glass with USDM?
I’ve done this and it helps. Both mirrors are at their limit of angle and my driver side one needs an extra shove past the detent but I’m considering doing a mirror base swap to be legit
