Recommend adding www.techinfo.toyota.com. Actual access requires a paid subscription ($10 per day, $50 per month, $350 per year), but with that, you get full 100% access to the online TSBs, service manuals, owner's manuals, tech training docs, some marketing slop, and other good stuff. AND you can download and save it all. I go on and off with monthly subscriptions. I have the entire Prius service manual, and I'm working on the one for the 07 Avalon we just got my wife, all saved to my hard-drives. Techinfo is a tad pricey (depending upon perspective), but it's one of my alltime favorites.
Interesting, did Snapon take over hosting the site? I miss using TIS for free at the dealer, school (T-TEN affiliated) and it was even accessible within Toyota's corporate offices too thanks to the intranet...

I noticed the Snapon in the name a few weeks ago, was wondering what was up. At first I thought I had wandered into a phishing site or something. It has been a year or more since I have logged into TIS so lost the bubble on if/when any change like that may have occurred.

EDIT:

Juts dig some digging. Snap-on Business Solutions: https://sbs.snapon.com/about-us Looks like a method to provide this technical data.
