im in need of replacing the oil pump pulley seal. it was suggested that i also replace the o-ring that goes between the oil pump body cover and the main oil pump part. can the oil pump body be removed without removing the whole pump? also, since some of the bolts are used to hold both the oil pump body cover and the to the housing to the motor, will this cause future leaks? i dont want to open a can of worms. many thanks :)

anyone? i know this was a little last minute, but im hoping to work on this either tonight or tomorrow night.

bumping.

ive been too busy to work on this, so it has yet to be done. this weekend its slated to get worked on. so, now that everyone has had time to thing about it, let the advise flow!

thanks mr. bond, i hope this is where my leak is coming from. but on a good note, i take take off and install the timing belt in about an hour - blindfolded. these are the last two seals around where the leak is coming from.
