I think I have some kind of an oil leak. Not sure if it is a valve cover or some kind of other seal. Almost looks like it is spraying UP and from the area by the timing belt/cover (passenger side of engine..) Any idea what this could be?

It is definitely oil, and changing a VC seems simple enough, though some reviews state that if there is an area you do not apply RTV Silicone to, you will have a massive oil leak .
