I believe the optional tow package only had a small engine oil cooler not an external transmission cooler other than the one normally found in the tank of the radiator.
You can input your VIN on this site and it creates a build sheet. Handy reference.

Denso's site shows radiator dimensions for both radiators:

Vehicles w/o Tow Package
Core Dimensions
  • Height: 26.375"
  • Thickness: 0.625"
  • Length: 19.313"
Part Information
  • Features: Includes Transmission Oil Cooler

Vehicles w/ Towing Package
Core Dimensions
  • Height: 26.38"
  • Thickness: 0.87"
  • Length: 20.13"
Part Information
  • Features: Includes Transmission Oil Cooler
The core thickness was easiest to check when I had to buy a radiator. 5/8" w/o tow package, 7/8" with tow package.

I don't believe that the ENGINE OIL cooler became part of the package until the incorporation of the larger 2GR-FE engine in 2007.
