Yep, GW is th only person alive who will do on Wednesday what he planned on
Monday notwithstanding what happened on Tuesday.

This is weird. The Marines pride themselves on adapting & adjustment. Are

That must be the reason he kept reading My Pet Goat to the schoolchildren in
Florida for seven minutes after being informed of what was going on in New
York City the morning of Sept. 11, 2001.
But then he sprang into action, escaping for several hours on Air Force One.

It's been reported that he didn't even read the National Intelligence
Estimate for Iraq before ordering the invasion, even though it was
greatly abbreviated to just 94 pages. It's also well known that GW
Bush doesn't read much ("I'm not much of a reader") and has his daily
briefing, which is only a few pages long, read to him.
